We invited Emma from So Hum Yoga to come into our office and hold a series of yoga sessions designed to introduce our staff to yoga and pranayama. It was part of a wellbeing program we had put in place for our employees.
Emma held two classes a week for any member of staff that was interested, for a period of six weeks. After that several members of staff chose to ask Emma to continue with the yoga sessions funded by themselves. Emma put together an interesting variety of classes to introduce us to different kinds of yoga. The classes were very popular and people found them very beneficial and felt better for practising the movement and breathing in the middle of the day.
Emma is kind and thoughtful in her practice, and was creative in the sequences she put together for us, all catering for a variety of abilities.
I have no hesitation in recommending Emma as a yoga teacher.
