Pregnancy Yoga

Since having my little boy, pregnancy yoga is something that I feel very passionately about. It gives you the time to look after yourself and your body whilst helping to build a connection with the little miracle growing inside you.

Gentle Hatha, breath work and relaxation techniques will help to set you up for your happy day.

Yin Yoga Flow

Monday 5:30-7pm

Give yourself over to the powerful effects of Yin Yoga in this intense class. This fluid yin class will both challenge and relax.

Restorative Yoga

Sunday 6-7:30pm

Accessible to anyone and everyone, deep relaxation will be achieved through mindful working of the body.
